Exceptional facilities and care. Unbeatable value for money.
I've done all kinds of dental treatments over the years in London, Paris, Madrid.
This clinic is definitely the best I've seen.
What stands up from other European clinics is they use Spanish prices, nearly half price to those in England, for top notch equipments that you would only find in the poshest London clinics. And they are one train station away from down town Madrid (Atocha to Villaverde).
I've been treated by Dr Maria Jose, who was amazingly amicable. Well, many Spaniards are.
Strikingly, everything she did (Crown, whitening, cavities) was one step ahead of the surgeons the treated me in London. She was adding something to each stage of the treatment: Painless anaesthesia with a sophisticated device to regulate the flow, spray to remove gum pain, photo shoots to get the exact colour of the crown, excellent diagnosis and communication to align with what I actually wanted, top quality expertise and human care. I find her a very motivated surgeon who really care and doesn't hesitate to invest in the best American technology. So much so that I preferred to pay for those treatments while I had them for free in England via my medical cover. Needless to say if needed I'd fly back with a smile on my face.
Good night. Professionalism, which has not been proven, is not questioned. And I explain what happened because I was the one who asked for the appointment. You tell me that if something is done, it is discounted, and if nothing is done, it is charged. Something that is understandable because we understand that there may be people who are not interested in the budget.
1. I make an appointment and they give me an hour. You interpret the urgency because you give me an appointment the same day that I ask for it.
2. You attend him, diagnose and give him a budget of 1900 euros, which he accepts. That day they do nothing and give him an appointment the next day.
3. You tell him that he is charged the 30 euros for the first consultation apart from the budget.
4. I am the person who asked for an appointment in person, I approach the facilities and they tell me the following:
Since he has not had time to do anything, he is charged the 30 euros, and I ask, if instead of the complexity it has, it would have been a simple filling and if or would you have done it the same day? ... And they answer me that the 30 euros are not charged.
So what happens? For example, there are two clients who are going for the first time. The first one is checked and they have to do a filling and the second one an endontia. As you have had time to do the filling, you are not charged the 30 euros. The one with the endodontics is scheduled the next day because he must take an antibiotic. I understand that both are charged 30 euros. But on the other hand, the first one is not charged for the consultation, only the filling and the second one that has accepted the budget and is given an appointment the next day. When the consultation is the same, assessment of a professional and radiography. I understand that if it is charged, that everyone is charged or if not none
We do not complain about paying the consultation but about the payment philosophy that your company has, with a lot of tax collection.

Both my daughter and I have had some treatments. One day I decided to have my teeth cleaned, as they advised me to do so. When I got home I felt like I had a damaged tooth, I called them and told them what was happening to me, since when I entered to clean my tooth it did not feel that way. They made me stop by to see it. They told me that they hadn't damaged anything, and that that would be my feeling. What a feeling I had a piece of a broken tooth. Nobody took over, having left us a good amount of money at this clinic. Still, I kept taking my daughter to this clinic because the orthodontist was taking her. One day in one of the reviews they tell me that I owe an X-ray from last year. I am totally shocked. I do not understand anything. Once the treatments were finished, the first thing I did was pay what they asked me, and then make an appointment to continue going. How can you say this to a customer who has everything paid up to date?
Since then I have decided not to go to this clinic again, since I have received terrible treatment, therefore they have lost more because they do not know how to keep clients.

After going a few years ago for orthodontics, my mouth has been great. And that was not easy, because my teeth looked like a roller coaster. Excellent COVID protocols. We continue to go there for check-ups and so do my children. They have a good hand for children.
9 years ago they recommended me to M.Jose, he had a mouth that was painful, super inflamed gums, poorly done implants and a level of deterioration improper for a person of 30 years.
Thanks to her my mouth is healthy and the best thing is that she stays healthy and in top shape, my children also go to the clinic and never complain when they have a filling or x-ray, they take care of all the details for them like the little mouse's house perez, super fun children's masks ....
They use the latest technologies, they are meticulous with work, perfectionists, modern, attentive, kind and very loving.
For all this and much more we are still together and that is a bit far from my house
