They are scoundrels, you can call them 100 times they don't pick up the phone. They have not hit the water since March and they can't even pick up the phone. Amazing.

Impossible to answer the phone. There is no choice but to attend. And to top it off, waiting for the eternal PCR. They do not report anything.

A shame all. I have been sick for a month waiting for an appointment with the specialist, I have had to go up to three times to the health center because they do not pick up the phone, their answer is that the agendas are closed and I hope they will call me. Each time a different doctor calls me for the discharge review. When my doctor finally calls me, she tells me that the specialist only treats serious cases and recommends that I pay for a private one. All right, I pay for a private one. Yesterday I received a call to review the discharge, a different doctor called me, and asked me about the specialist's report; I explain all of the above, and without listening to anything I say or how I am feeling, he tells me that after taking this time off and without reports they will have to discharge me. I ask to speak to my doctor and they tell me that there are no more doctors and patients, but now they are taking us all between four doctors because there are no staff. The explanation for the lack of staff according to them is that some are on sick leave and others on vacation. Well, in that case, since the same doctor will not always attend to us, it would be good if they read the history and circumstances of each patient before calling the patient. It would also be good if, as we start to cut back, they then discount the proportional part of Social Security.

My experience has been great in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, both at the reception (I had to change some information), and the attention from the doctor who called me to treat me. Kind and correct.

It is a health center like any other. Attention is usually good. With the doctors and nurses, being the most personal treatment, there is always a good feeling.
