If you don't want to waste your morning at all, don't go. After having previously paid for my treatment and having confirmed the appointment a week before for Thursday 6 at 11, I present myself ten minutes before and to my surprise, the place is closed. I wait until 11 thinking that it would open at that time and that I would be the first one mentioned, but when I get into their social networks, it appears that the opening time is at 10 and that they are open (which is a lie). I try to contact the establishment via WhatsApp (application through which the appointment was confirmed), but I don't get an answer. I call the landline and mobile number they have several times and in the last attempts, my calls are even rejected. After an hour waiting (on the street and at twelve degrees), I decide to leave, also communicating it to the company. This supposes a great damage to me and it upsets me not only the morning, but what remains of the week. I can understand that something could have happened (it can happen to all of us), but if you have a business that depends on you, what less to warn, at least to those you have mentioned, and even more with the means that currently exist. The same time it took you to hang up several times, you could have invested and answered and given me, at least, a quick explanation and without going into details. Of course a lack of PROFESSIONALITY and immense RESPECT. Thanks for wasting my time. I already know which hairdresser not to recommend in Getafe. 🙂

I arrived at my time, gave the hairdresser some time, I thought I would be picking up the towels that were lying on the chairs, but no, the welcome did not feel pleasant. It had wicks, which I did not give, I did not read the offer well, I preferred not to give them to me, the cut well but when drying my hair with so little illusion, I preferred to go out with a bun. I will not repeat.
