We have been trying to solve a humidity problem due to a community leak for a year and they have not repaired the humidity in our bedroom yet. Calls to the switchboard are friendly but not at all decisive, they have changed the Administrator 2 times in a year and none have been able to solve the problem. This company is unprofessional. We will propose to terminate the contract with them at the next meeting as there are more neighbors with similar problems. A shame. On top of that, they never pass me directly to the office in my area, only to the switchboard that doesn't end up doing anything.

Very friendly and helpful. The truth is that whenever we have a problem, we call and that's it. I really appreciate not having to go to the office or wasting time.

I do not recommend them at all, my community is abandoned, nobody takes care to come and see how the community works, if you have a problem, call a phone number, that is, they will attend you every day of the year and at any time, but then they don't Nobody comes nor does they care to solve the problem. If you are thinking of changing the administrator to manage your community, I advise against choosing Aresi. Total neglect and a lot of helplessness because in the face of any setback nobody solves anything for you.

We have had them in our community. Fortunately we have managed to kick them out. Terrible management, inefficient to the maximum, they do not solve absolutely any incident, in addition to having to continually be behind them to do their work. Absolute lack of control with accounts, payments, supplier monitoring ... You call and they pass you with a call center to people who have not set foot in the community in their lives and do not even know what you are talking about ...

Fortunately, in my community of Leganes we recently got rid of Aresi and his incompetent manager Jose Angel. This administration was fired first from Alcorcón, after Leganes and it will not take long for Getafe to pull the chain so that they will never see Aresi again.
