I called them for a problem I had with a tenant who did not pay the rent. They treated me phenomenally and started the procedures in a timely manner. Highly recommended if you want to get rid of a tenant who does not pay. I recommend it 100%, fast, professional and effective. They are specialized in unpaid rent, both private homes and commercial premises, it is worth consulting them to see which is the fastest and most effective option for the tenant who does not pay.

I recommend it 5 stars for professional lawyers in the field of non-payment of rents. My cases were simple but they did it even more, they pick up the documentation at home, they manage everything for you so you do not have to worry about anything. They treated me in two different provinces. Highly recommended for any person or business that has payment problems with the tenants. Their specialty is the Eviction Express, they do not let pass a day of what stipulated legally.

He hired them for a breakdown due to non-payment and debt claim, the tenant left before the hearing. After a time waiting for the process of default and not receive a response to the emails I can contact by phone but they tell me that it is an independent process not budgeted and that it is not presented, I make the corresponding provision for not entering another office, and here I am again sending emails without answer and calling the mobile without result, if the thing ends well I will improve the assessment, at the moment it is a difficult and not very agile dispatch.
