Arrive the place is full of employees and nobody attended me and finally they wanted to charge me € 120 for a copy of sprat key with chip but without looking at anything. For me it is a cover. I do not recommend it.

We make a purchase on the website of a machine and specify shipping address and billing information. The problem arose when they sent us this machine with incorrect data in the invoice, we contacted key-code and asked them to modify the invoice since they made an error at the time of invoicing and did not reflect the data that we specified in the website when ordering. After contacting them repeatedly they refused to amend that bill (which today seems incomprehensible) and we are obliged to return the machine. We said just returned back € 960 and the total bill is 1022 €. Besides we had to pay 94,45 € to the carrier at the time of collecting the material and returned to pay costs € 8.35 to send the machine back. Paid: € 1124.80 Returned: € 960 That leaves us with a loss of € 164.80 and without a machine In my opinion they are incompetent and worst of all ones without shame.
