We requested that they open an electronic door for us where we were locked in a house. And Nacho very professionally opened the door for us with a very humane treatment and trying at all times not to damage the door. There are no professionals like Nacho today. Tonight Nacho has rescued us in the most professional way that can be expected. We had been locked for three hours and had not been able to leave my in-laws' house 😬 and Nacho was able to enter through the balcony of the house to be able to intervene from the inside since the door has a peculiar electronic lock and there was no way to open the door, but Nacho took me out of my in-laws' house, I won't forget it 🤣

THIEVES, they sent it to me from the insurance to my place that the closure did not open ...... they came quickly, after a long morning opening the entire interior of the closure and a conversation with the technician who came very kindly and told me about the problem , I asked him to leave me open the closure all weekend until they could repair it ,, "solved" ,,,, they take more than 10 days to send an estimate and when they do they send a complete replacement of everything .... nothing to do with what the technician offered and valued on-site. Call another locksmith who specializes in closings of premises and I repair it in mid-morning for € 200 compared to the € 1100 that these hard faces asked for. I have begged my insurance to stop working with them, zero professionals, nothing punctual and of course some scammers !!!
