Probably the pharmacy with the worst customer service in Getafe. They put trainees to care on a Sunday on duty in the middle of a pandemic in a confined city. Half an hour of waiting queuing in the street, sick and cold, for someone to attend you without any preparation. Leaving without the medication prescribed on the electronic card because they do not know how to use the system. Of course, they reproach you for not being understanding because no one swims knowing. The pharmacy on call is not something you choose, you go because you have a need, if not, better any other.

I find it amazing that in the time we live. Covid19, let people be inside the pharmacy without a mask !! The worst thing is that people do not demand it ... This happened to me today Thursday 16.07.2020, about 6:45 pm !! The girl at the counter so calm, serving a lady of about 40-50 years without a mask !!! PLEASE USE A MASK !! Ahh and the FFP2 at € 6.95 when in other pharmacies and in other places like the Leroy Merlin they have it much cheaper and especially if you ask for them on the internet .... Come on, the truth is fatal!

hemoclin gel 37 grams 18.60 without VAT, on the internet of the order of 10 euros ... They are very expensive, in a purchase of 50 euros when you get home, look online and all the non-prescription products of the order of 50% in carrefour type establishments, English pharmacy, etc. You can check it yourself, I will not go again ...
