From then on we didn't hear from them again and they stopped picking up the phone, now I'm wondering if they'll give me my money back but they don't seem very willing so I'll have to go to court. In short, very unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone. Well, you can already see future clients of this company that in the answer itself you can see the little desire to solve the problem they have. And we still have poor quality water and two small children at home. Two months after RTSO carried out the rehabilitation of the pipes, we once again enjoy clean water, without the taste of iron or brown color, as well as the increased flow in the hot water taps. We are very satisfied. The rehabilitation process is a bit cumbersome but never comparable to what it would have meant to physically change all the pipes in the house. By way of constructive criticism, I would only point out that they take care of the completion of the process that in the rush to finish it is done a bit "crazy". For the rest, we are delighted to savor the water of Madrid again and see that it comes out clean, transparent and with more flow.
