Chiclana civil registry office, a woman who should not be in attention to the public, is rude, arrogant and bitter, does not look at your face, does not listen to you and seems to hate what you do, you are going to do a process and she tries to confuse you and do a different procedure than the one that was going, in my case I asked before by phone about a document and the man who replied that he was already there and was in the process told me, when I went to the window she says that nothing has arrived and he tries to make me go through the whole process again, when I tell him that I had already spoken on the phone with his partner, he comes down and still doesn't solve anything for me, after two weeks I'm still waiting for a process that takes normally 5 minutes., A shame!
