First it was going to be a two-day play, which became three months !!! After a year we still have the leak. To get it fixed again, you have to call them many, many times ... damage is created in the home due to humidity and they tell you that the insurance company has been notified, but it says that there is no part given by the company. Their answer is that they have had computer problems to report .. but first they tell me that it was given and that you have to be patient ... one year and I have no patience !!!! I would not recommend this company to anyone That yes !!!! When it comes to charging, without finishing the job they already tell you that you have to pay !!!

What about these people is shameful, I do not recommend anyone to hire their services, in May they made repairs on my roof of about 100 slate tiles, charging me € 700 for the work. In September, as soon as a little air came in, several tiles have fallen and others have moved, they left loose tiles and when they came down from the roof they broke as many. I have contacted them again and they send me a budget of € 320 to repair what they did wrong and on top of that they do not deign to call me by phone to clarify the problem. Come on, some without shame. Be careful with these people.

Try not to contract services with this company, as you have a problem forget to contact them, only by mail. The work they did in my house was sloppy and expensive, I had to call others to solve the problem, since they did not deign to call me. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They carried out the replacement of tiles on the main roof and a few days later a new leak appeared on the roof of the kitchen through which the workers accessed. After waiting two months for the inspection to be carried out (although I previously sent photos) they tell me that they will "try" to resolve it .... after waiting two more weeks, putting off, making excuses, not answering the phone, I decided to solve it myself. my account, as it kept filtering water ..... I do not recommend hiring them because their service and attention leaves much to be desired. Forget about guarantees with these unpresentables

It is unfortunate about these people, they are very unprofessional, they carried out some work to replace and install slate tiles in May and the first day that air was released, a lot of tiles moved and fell, we called them and they had the Little shame of spending another budget to fix what they left wrong, on top of that we ask for explanations and they haven't even called us, I'll try to give them the worst reputation I can.
