My experience in this Institute has been disastrous, I have spent all that resorting to private tutors because the professors who taught classes were dedicated to rereading the book year after year. The vast majority of teachers who are accentuated by the permanent ones seem to be there because it is too late for them to change their profession and they turn their frustration into the classes and or with the students. The management team gets worse every year, a director who only cares about the image and the head of studies who does not get involved. The bilingual program also leaves a lot to be desired. The bilingual Head of Studies, Marcia, is the least recommended teacher to teach English. She does not contribute anything to her students and is too strict for what she gives.

My experience at the IES Laguna de Joatzel was very positive and I have fond memories of my time there as well as the teachers who taught me. Among them I would like to highlight Marcia Loma-Osorio, my English teacher in Secondary. He always showed great concern for the learning of his students. Thanks to her, I became interested in the English language. In addition to preparing interesting and dynamic classes, Marcia organized all kinds of extracurricular activities (trips abroad, cultural visits, exchanges with other centers, etc.), with the aim of contributing to our training. In addition to being an excellent teacher, Marcia is a great person. Today I dedicate myself to teaching and, to a large extent, it is thanks to teaching professionals like her that made me love this profession.

They sell you the motorcycle with which it is a good center, then you realize that it falls very short, teachers without abilities, demanding a high level for what they offer by teaching their classes, much general demotivation among students. They are only interested in the image of the center of doors to the outside, inside much to be desired

Marcia Loma-Osorio was my teacher and thanks to her classes I perfected my business English and I was able to get a good job in an office. I am very grateful with you. Excellent professional.
