The vet is exceptional. Also both he and the person at the front desk are lovely.

I arrived and there were two people in front, one who was attending the vet and another waiting. The girl at the reception was not there. After 15 minutes waiting just to be able to ask if the dog could see me, the answer from the vet was literally: Well, don't you see how I am? Excuse me? Is that an answer for a person who is going to the clinic for the first time and politely asks if you can attend to their dog? Not to mention the tone and the gesture he has put ... I had already had some bad experience with this vet but today I have verified it for myself. I'm not coming back.
