Excessively expensive and without improvement of our pet, 417 euros spent for an analysis, x-ray and two punctures without a positive result and having to go urgently to another veterinarian, knowing the follow-up of this clinic would be to put another 100 or 200 euros at the stroke of rowing and without prior notice, I had an appointment for that follow-up but logically I will not return.

I had a very bad experience with this veterinarian since my dog ​​had more than 10 years and always went out with medication and one day it was very bad and we went and sent us more pills. I went to another veterinarian to confirm that he was and just touch him. A very advanced and widespread tumor was detected. As it is possible that this clinic will not detect it in so many years. If you like animals and you don't want to see them suffer, look for more places and compare. When a veterinarian loves his work it shows and there are many clinics in the area.

They forgot the reminder of my pet's leishmania vaccine, so 15 months after the last one, I had to do the test again (with the cost that comes with it). I went down to the clinic to give my pet the injection (having had to find herself alone in a room for more than fifteen minutes). After returning home, I received a call from the clinic saying that, after that time, they had forgotten to give the injection, so I had to go down again, generating more fear and stress for my pet. Bad experience that has generated my total loss of confidence in a clinic that I had been going to for two years.
