Some time ago I took my cat with a broken leg, they operated on her and it seems that the intervention was good. In the later phase (revisions) the cat was in pain and when she saw the vet she got quite in a bad mood ... The man who attended her (gray-haired with a goatee) told me that if she scratched him or something, he would respond the cat did the same way !! I really couldn't believe what I was hearing ... Pd ... Who is more animal? A cook can be cut, a carpenter can be hit with a hammer, a veterinarian can be scratched by a cat ... If you don't accept your trade ...

I give them 4 stars because in reference to diagnosis and treatment they are very good, of course they know well what they do. Regarding the way of working with the animals it is fine too, sometimes they can be a bit rough but they do what they have to do. Of course, in customer service they leave a lot to be desired. They give you the minimum information (if you ask of course) and, although I understand that they have a lot of customers, they dispatch you as quickly as possible and with a bad face.

I am completely grateful for the work they do, they have treated my dog ​​great and little by little he is recovering thanks to his professionalism. They explain everything perfectly and also have a value for money that few have. Unbeatable 10/10.
