A disaster to make an appointment ...., there is no way to contact and heeding the suggestion of leaving a message so that they call you, I have done it repeatedly, but I can wait sitting down. Fatal.
I am very satisfied with the attention received from the Head of Sales, Mr. Víctor González, and from the Commercial Advisor, Mr. Andrés Martín.
I'm desperate. Just a year ago I bought a car from this dealer from the ones on display. Víctor Gonzalez told me that since they were cars that had financing that it would take a few months to change the ownership of the vehicle. Well, a year has passed and the car is still in the dealer's name. I don't know if the car will have any reservation of title but it is quite alarming.
A shame I have taken the car several times for being the official house but the car has always taken a long time to return.
The last thing today after leaving the car a week and a half ago to paint a door .. I call and they tell me that they have not yet started with it and that even after Reyes they will not. I have to add that I made an appointment at the beginning of September for this part. A real shame now and forever.
They have always treated with carelessness.
