The owner was great with us. But mechanics ..... regular.
They ripped me off in the workshop. They charged me € 100 for nothing. The car wouldn't start, they said it was a sensor. When I went to get the car, it started, it still cost, but they invented something else, that I had to change the diesel filter. The fact is that he was still in the same place where I left him, so I deduced that they did not even do a scan to know precisely what was happening to him. In my opinion, they would adjust something and for the inconvenience € 100. The fact is that after two weeks it has happened again. He saw himself coming. I do not recommend it at all. Very ugly scamming like that
Very slow and disorganized in terms of mechanical work. My car has been there for 8 months since the engine arrived to replace it.
Honestly, the worst workshop I have been able to take my car to, I took it in mid-June, we are in September and they still don't even know what happens to the car, they have already made repairs worth € 2000 and the noise is still the same In the engine, really don't even think about taking it there, it is the but workshop in terms of management of warranty workshop and everything, really, I do not recommend it at all.
Horrible service, also do not fix anything and tell you to do 'x' kilometers to locate the breakdown, laughing. Not recommended.
