Excellent treatment. I have had an emergency and this workshop has acted with all the professionalism and closeness that a client needs. Kindness, good treatment, speed and excellent personal treatment. The people at the reception are very attentive and friendly and Joaquin, the workshop manager, has found a space for me to solve my problem, in record time. Thank you!
In workshop to review and change part, first they make you sign that you give up budget, when they should offer a previous budget. After looking at the car, they tell you on the phone what it will cost you and then they charge you something else (extra). The budget seems to me a great lack of professionalism and a way to scam people. They are not clear. I feel cheated.
Great treatment by the man from the workshop, Joaquin, he informed me of everything at all times. Affordable budget and lightning-fast repair. I recommend it.
