They are only interested in selling the vehicle. I went with the intention of buying a car (Hyundai i30) and it seemed to have a very good price so I started the paperwork for its purchase. When I get the breakdown of the month-to-month price, it turns out that the total price of the car almost doubles due to finance. This could have been previously informed (obviously, it was not done) and trying to cancel the purchase took me more than an hour in the establishment (plus the following procedures that had to be carried out for the return of the deposit that took almost two months and I found out about the possible return because I was calling for more than two weeks until they answered me). If the sale were more sincere, as in future dealerships I went to, they would earn a lot.

The sale of my car was exceptional and so was the deal. The first visit to the workshop arrived and as always the treatment has been fantastic, but not the service that I think can be improved; however, out of misunderstandings, they have tried to do their best. Added and correction. The deal continued to be good, but the service ... After the 3-4 times that the front of the car was painted in a color other than the bodywork (according to the workshop due to the plastic of the bumper í) I decided not to return again (and take me my two-color car). In addition to taking 2 days to change the battery or the first service. Now I have problems that I have been fighting with the battery that was not good and they err that err that yes. After almost 3 years the battery, still under warranty, is still bad, checked in another Hyundai service workshop. I will not return here due to the service itself. My car was painted in another official dealer and it was only one color (well, what a surprise, it was not the plastic of the bumper). I wish you the best but not laughing at me.

I feel cheated,: I delivered a 16-year-old car, which according to the dealer, was to scrap, and they assure me (verbally clear) that after buying the new vehicle I will be able to request a subsidy from the Ministry of Industry for the RENOVE plan. The application period for the subsidy opens, and they ask me to prove that the car was scrapped, and of course they won't give it to me, because the car has been put up for sale. Goodbye grant. In short, a joke, in every rule.
