Good afternoon
After making a reservation of € 300, ensuring that they would return the money in case they were not interested in the car we had purchased and after rejecting the purchase for not adjusting the vehicle to our needs 2 days after making the reservation, it has passed more than 1 month and the amount has not been returned yet.
We have tried to contact the commercial on numerous occasions and still have not been able to get the € 300 amount back.
As you can imagine, I cannot recommend this dealership, if other peugeot but not this, I understand that the residents of the area have no choice, but for those who do not mind moving, I recommend that they go to any other in which the treatment and attention are much more appropriate to the cost of the product that is being purchased.
I hope that the amount will be returned as soon as possible, too late, and if not I will be forced to take legal action against this peugeot dealership in addition to the appropriate claims to the brand so that the commercial methods it uses are rethought.
