At the beginning of hiring the service of this clinic, the lady who processed our papers very kind and close, the first appointments that were few well but the pandemic came in March and we spent many months waiting patiently for appointments, and in September they gave me appointment and it turns out that they call me and tell me that the doctor is on leave and gives me another appointment.Meanwhile I find out that something is wrong with dentix the lady in charge asked and she lies to my face that nothing happens. They put the implant screws, the very majestic surgeon and a good professional. They summon me at the end of October, the beginning of November and my surprise was that the clinic is closed and without knowing what to do and where to throw away. A bunch of irresponsible people, they take our money and here we are without knowing what will happen ......... I do not recommend it at all they are SCAMMERS.

Dentix closed without notice and I still haven't finished my orthodontic treatment, I don't know what to do, I took the money up front.

Terrible treatment of the patient. Not professional at all. You go from orthodontist to orthodontist and each one changes your treatment. In total I have been more than 3 years. With the Covid theme I have been waiting for more than 3 months to call me .... After 2 years of treatment, the new orthodontist tells me that what they have been doing to me is not worth anything. This is how I say.

It is a shame about this dentex clinic in Collado Villalba, whenever the doctor touches me they call me and tell me that he is on leave. It is the 4 time they do it and they do not put another doctor. They should investigate a little this doctor, who is lower than working
