Nose
The reception can be greatly improved, they save too much on staff, forming excessively long queues to be served. There was only one person at the reception who had to attend to both the clients who went to their appointment and those who left the consultations. This has already happened to me several times on different days and at different times. Very commendable in this regard.
The waiting spaces for consultations are very small and with the pandemic it is not easy to maintain a safe distance.
Now you have to make an appointment for a blood draw, you give time and yet you spend 1 hour waiting?
Conclusion. The management of the center is terrible.
Excellent service, dedicated and highly trained professionals.
I went to see the family doctor yesterday afternoon because I had surgery on my ear for 45 minutes to close a consultation and the woman at the reception told me that they did not attend to more patients, also recommended that I go to the clinic they have in front since they have family doctor too. In conclusion annoyed by the treatment and his sarcasm, I went to the opposite clinic that also attended by asisa and despite having enough people attended to me! I never return to this clinic!
