VERY BAD. After two years of supplying me with firewood, this year Eduardo tells me that he is not going to provide it because it is less than a ton. I will not recommend them more. YOU CANNOT COUNT ON THEM. The change was great for me. Now someone else supplies it to me, for the same weight more firewood fits and it doesn't make me smoke like theirs, it would come wet

Well, my experience is not good: I went to buy, and in the middle of a pandemic (in which they do not advise using money) they tell me that if I want to pay with a card they will nail me 14 euros. And in very bad ways: "it's my company and I do what I want." As my decision is mine and I also do what I want, I save those 14 euros, buy in Extremadura and put a review.

La última compra que he hecho ha sido un desastre, leña húmeda, mala y de tamaño para chimenea de un castillo, además el trato un poco crecidito y arrogante. Las ocasiones anteriores siempre sin problemas.

Well, this is the third time I have bought there. So far good, good price, dry firewood ... what more could you ask for. The two previous times they had told me that if I had the money in metal, but since they also have a card, they charged me without problem. The problem came today when they told me "ah, you don't have any cash, because I'm going to have to charge you more, you know, the commissions, that with this covid the banks are taking advantage and blablabla ...". € 10 in commissions, € 62 I had to pay for 300kg of firewood (52 if it were in billets). It gave me the impression that they were stealing from me, because they would not be interested in charging with a card, better in metal, that more creative accounting can be done. I have asked my brother why it sounded to me that banks are charging less and less commissions, they are interested in us using a card and spending more. Indeed, to him (a hardware store, small business, in which they charge you a higher percentage since this percentage of commission goes by volume of sales) they charge € 5 for every € 1000 of sale. And to me, € 10 for € 50 of sale? Clearly, I have been scammed.
