They have come to paint under insurance. They have only been an hour and something and when I left I realized that one of the painters was working without a mask. At this stage of the pandemic, two days after meeting with my family at Christmas and in my own home I find a man without a mask. An absolute lack of respect and professionalism puts the health of its clients at risk.

My parquet is now a museum of almost all the mistakes that can be made in a restoration (many scratches, ripples, the padding between boards has broken and disappeared in many areas, the corners are higher, we have damaged boards without changing, others boards changed but they have left large spaces between board and board and they are also of a very different color, poorly varnished, you see "trees" specks of dust, drops ... we have sunken boards and loose boards, etc.) As they have already commented, the person in charge does not acquire responsibilities. In our case, when faced with a verbal complaint, he replied: "It is difficult to leave the parquet well." As you can see from the "company" response, they have no intention of solving the problem They now have 2000 euros more, I 2000 euros less and the parquet in poor condition is my problem, not theirs

I was botched with grout in the bathtubs due to a water leakage problem and after a few months the damp stain came out again. They come back and reject any responsibility. Beware, once you pay for the job, they no longer respond. Great care

Unprofessional team with little experience, nothing advisable if you want to change or put floating platform.
