They do not accept changes or returns (we have gone an hour after buying the product), which we will use later ... They blame it on Covid. Maybe they should give notice then on every sale they make. In addition to this, they are characterized by incredible slowness.

Today I am going to try to purchase a product at 8:48 p.m. at this pharmacy and it gives me the feeling that the pharmacy is closed because the logo is off and the lights are half off. I stop to look at the schedule and it is until 9:00 p.m., with which I decide to pass. The door is closed, which I understand from the current situation, but the face of the person who is attending is a real picture, giving me to understand that they are closed. He is serving someone else and he keeps looking at me inviting me to leave. When I get in, the deal is anything but good. I work in commerce and I understand and it is working until 9pm on a Saturday but: 1. if the pharmacy is open until 9:00 p.m. because the logo is off at 8:48 p.m. 2. Why such a bad deal The truth is that I have tried several times to buy in this pharmacy and of course I will not return. If you give a service until nine o'clock at night, I beg you to give it in the conditions that are required, that is, with a good service and with the pharmacy on as it should.

I put a star on it because to be able to give an opinion I have to put it, but for me it does not even have it. Horrible treatment, for anything you ask you need a prescription, including things that have not needed it in life and that they sell you without any problem anywhere and be careful with the prices because every time you go they charge you a different thing even if it is the same product. I will never set foot in that pharmacy again.
