My experience with this Company has been NEFASTA, I AM INDIGNATED AND IMPOTENT AND I WANT TO MANIFEST THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALITY, SERIOUSNESS AND EDUCATION of its staff.
I hired the services of this Company in the month of June to Mr. José.
In the first appointment for its realization nobody appeared nor was there any warning. After calling repeatedly during that day and successive days (that was my mistake, I should have realized the informality that was already evident), the work was carried out and I paid for it.
The next day we noticed several shortcomings in the realization and since then I am calling for repair.
I have called the aforementioned José hundreds of times he never picks up the phone and once he did we stayed for a day and as usual it should not appear. After multiple unanswered calls and SMS we meet another day and again I leave planted waiting for him and trying to get in touch with him and as always without any answer.
In the face of this helplessness, I called another operator, Samuel, who was also at the construction site, and the first time he answered my call, promising to talk to José and make the repairs but never answered the phone again.
I'm still waiting for a response and repair after three months of unanswered calls.
