I have had a very bad experience with the lady who attended me, I just asked for an article that I did not find in case they had accidentally changed it, and it has squealed ugly. I went back to the store and decided to leave without buying anything. I don't think it's the way to treat me, since I'm always a customer. The lady's name is NARCISA, I read her name in the work uniform. I would like to make a claim sheet, but I didn't see it in the store. I will then request it. I quite dislike the way that lady treated me. It is no way to treat a client. Nor anyone. I am very upset. I will not buy there again.
