They told me over the phone that my dog ​​was going to be sedated before euthanasia. In practice, they gave him a single injection, which is given for the death penalty, despite the fact that I asked to do the same thing that they told me on the phone. I do not think that people are going to be euthanized like this, without having the animal previously sedated. They lack dignity, speech and sensitivity. Dogs are euthanized so that they have a painless death. If they are not sedated, that substance is not good for that. You cheated on us !!!!

I have been going with my dog ​​to this clinic for more than 5 years, and every time I go I come out more delighted if possible. Friendly, professional and above all human vets! Ione, Patricia, Gema, Ángel, Toño ... All 10 veterinarians and assistants more of the same. From the first day they have treated us super well, I went to the emergency room because I had found a kitten in the car's engine and they treated us without problem, when I saw how they treated him I was clear that he was going to be my vet. Both the assistant and the veterinarian are very attentive and super affectionate, I thank them very much for how they are and that thanks to that my cat goes super calm to the vet.
