I brought them a Mavic tire, they will change the rim and there are practically no stores that do that work. The tire was perfect and I'm delighted. I think she is a person who knows how to do her job.

The worst bike shop. Terrible customer service especially if you are not going to spend 1000 euros on a bike. Less Chousa and more professionalism There are much better options in Pozuelo. For example Sanferbike or Mamooth in Las Rozas at least they don't tease you.

Excellent service!! I took my high-end bike to do maintenance since the roller had been badly damaged, and it was like new. Fast service and fair prices !! I recommend them 100% !!!

I bought them a bike with great enthusiasm and the gears were never good from day one. I went to comment on it for them to look at it and they told me there was nothing they could do ... some time later I took her to Decathlon because I did not know another place and for about € 10 they reviewed it and fixed the fault. It took more than an hour so you had to take some time to fix it (which the store manager shouldn't want to do). I agree with the rest that the deal leaves much to be desired. So now I want to buy 2 bikes for my daughters and here I will buy them for us, even if it is the store closest to home. Another thing, I am very amused that the person in charge responds to each negative comment saying that they write it to hurt them. That makes it clear that they have zero self-criticism and little desire to improve those points where they fail. A great idea to survive the increasing competition.
