Cesar and Santiago are great! I started out wearing a polo shirt years ago, then a passat, and finally a Beetle. As is normal there has ever been a problem and we have always resolved it in a reasonable way. The excellent treatment and the very good result.
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED
I took my Passat Alltrack to check and plate and it was all perfect.
a shame of customer service. An edge and without education the person who has attended me and on top I have left without solving my problem. Then they will say that they do not sell cars and need more help for the car. A job well done causes a client to return, the work of an ill-educated person makes that client not return and, above all, indicates to his well-known people that they do not even think of going there. At least I'm going to do it. I have never felt so badly taken care of by a Volkswagen staff. Enjoy it, and hopefully your workshop closes. It would mean that justice has been done.
They treated me very well in person, as always in this dealership, very well.
But the customer service from Volkswagen, the finance company, etc. is being LOUD
