The worst shopping experience I have ever had! I had the intention of buying a Jeep and this is the treatment I received from Tayre Majadahonda: In the first place, I contacted up to three times through the Jeep web form, a person who acts as a filter contacted me, he only asked me two questions, what car do you want and where do you want to be treated, my answer was always by proximity Tayre Majadahonda, because none of the three times they contacted me. Already tired of sending forms, I made a complaint to the central office and then, if I received a call, he very kindly apologized and drained the package to the brand, saying that my contact had never reached them, which I believed then, now it costs me a little more. The next thing is that in that same conversation, he tells me to excuse me and that a commercial will contact me that same day, well, a week later no one had called me, again I put him an email letting him know my discontent. He replies to the email asking me again to apologize and telling me to stop by the dealership, which after everything that happened I did not feel like anything, I comment that if they consider it, they can send me an offer of what I want via email and that same day a commercial passes me this offer. The issue is that it offers me a K0 car that fits me quite well with what I was looking for, seeing the financing offers that appear on the web I answer that if it is possible to match the financing to one of the offers that appear, she answers me That is not possible, because the car that he offers me despite being K0 is of a higher range and it is not possible to reach that, he asks me to pass him several data to get me a tailor-made financing, I answer him right away and a week later I still haven't received my offer. Value yourselves, but it seems to me a lack of professionalism and what is worse, of education.
