I was not scheduled for an emergency appointment in advance and therefore developed a tooth infection. They did not know how to prioritize and act efficiently, causing patients to develop infections and other symptoms. Lamentable attention and response.
Delay with appointments, minimum half hour of waiting. Friendly receptionists but orthodontists of the most edges. My son tells me everything they think of other patients behind his back, very unpleasant. In order to save time, they do the treatments carelessly. I do not recommend it.
The average wait to be attended after arriving at the time of the appointment is 45 minutes. A lack of respect.
The professionals are good but the reception ones are fatal. Today they have lost three clients - you, my wife and my daughter - because of your lack of interest in helping me the least.
