Well, to have an appointment ... a disaster ... people queuing because they don't know, not even a miserable poster stuck on the door. They tell you not to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment and it turns out that they make you wait (at the moment 15 minutes). They put users without an appointment before one with a previous appointment, amazing.

Too bad everything! I have been without gas for more than a week. I call Endesa and they tell me to call the distributor La Madrileña. There they tell me that they never received any reconnection order and that's how I've been calling for a week, with no solution
