Very bad experience. I called by phone and they were not at all clear, also I wanted to sell the orchids as they were. On top of that I was charged for shipping although on the website it was free. He almost hung up on me and left me with the word in his mouth, he gave me the feeling that he didn't want to work much. I was attended by a woman with an Argentine accent.
I do not know how they will be in the shipments, but the two times I have come to the establishment, they have been fast, very pleasant and attentive. Fairly reasonable price.
