I had been doing the Nanoplasty treatment with them for several years, but every time I went the treatment of the staff was deteriorating (when it should be the opposite); until the last time I went additionally they put a person - who I understand has little experience - to do the nanoplasty, and I am not even like what they left me at the beginning. It is clear that they do not know how to take care of loyal customers, it is a shame .... By the way, I just saw your response to my review and I thank you, but I honestly think that you did not value me as a loyal customer that I was, the difficult thing is to attract customers, but keep them.
