I went to change the battery of a watch, and not being able to open it, they forced the cover, which was very deteriorated.

I asked for a copy of a key, they made it too quickly. When testing the key, I see that I have to pry it down hard (from the smooth part) so that it fits into the lock and be able to turn it. I return the copy to try to adjust it and in a matter of a couple of minutes they return the copy to me. Now there is no way it fits because they have lowered it too much. I think the problem is that the guys who serve are not experienced locksmiths. Not recommendable. The locksmith who worked in that mall for the last 30 years is missed.

I PUT A STAR, BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PUT LESS. The nefarious attention, the clerk wanted to trick me by selling me the most expensive keys, despite having specified that we wanted the most basic ones and I doubt if he has slipped me some disproportionately expensive keys claiming that he had no more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ....

I put a star because you have to mark some ... terrible service. I went to fix some shoes and Fco José answered me very unfriendly, talking to me in bad ways because I did not know how to fix it. When I returned to pick up the shoes and fixed, I had waiting for more than 15 minutes while doing other things, when I only had to give them, since they were paid and fixed ... I had to go and return in the afternoon because he did not deign to help me
