We lost a set of keys on Sunday, and I wrote to Pedro by email. On Monday he already took a hole to come to my house and change the light bulbs in the main lock and the bolt. Very professional and friendly. He advised me on the different options and the truth is that I was very happy. Pedro's kindness and professionalism are appreciated, and it is difficult today to find both qualities. Nothing recommendable. Our experience with this company has been dire. We called them because the lock on our front door had been blocked and after carrying out the supposed repair and charging us a more than acceptable price for it, when we were able to test it we saw that it was locked again, with the bad luck that we were locked in in the house. When we called to ask them to come and solve it, they only insisted that the repair they had made had no guarantee and they refused to come, also with very bad manners (they hung up the phone on me). We had to urgently call another locksmith. I will make the corresponding formal complaint, but I also wanted to warn you here to prevent other people from going through the same thing that we went through. Apparently, although we contacted Urbanitas Cerrajeros, this company sent another locksmith without warning us of that fact, realizing it when we reviewed the invoice issued by the person who came to do the repair. Now we will claim this second company, but before referring jobs to other professionals, I think they should at least warn the client.
