They have very very little shame. The customer matters very little to them. I have been going for 10 years and they have played it with a recipe. I will not come back. I advise not to go. They have taken advantage of being the only ones there, but now there is another one very close.

They do not report products, when I request a sample of one they never have. Today, it has been remarkable, very negative of course. I request information from laboratories that sell Varsaltan or Valsartan (for blood pressure). They answer me that there are 15 pages and they mention some verbally and quickly. Logically I'm leaving.

They do not know anything. The treatment is very bad compared to other pharmacies in Pozuelo.
