Amazing the bad drink that just happened. This morning I approached his pharmacy located in the C.C. Zielo Shopping de Pozuelo, to buy a container of ibuprofen 400mg. I have requested it. When I have seen the package, I see that they offer me the trademark Nurofen, I tell them and I ask that I want the generic, and to my amazement, I am a nurse and of drugs and prescriptions I understand something, he tells me that the generic 400 mg does I can give it a recipe and it can only give me trademarks. IT IS A SHAME. The client cannot be tricked into forcing him to buy ostensibly more expensive commercial medication, lying about the formulas that are under optional prescription. I have not requested the complaint form of the Community of Madrid because at that time I was under severe pain and had neither time nor strength to perform such management, but it really seemed to me VERY UNFORGETTABLE. Little Professionalism! Very large pharmacy, turned to parapharmacy. I used to go very often, I had great workers years ago, like their former dermo-counselor, or very competent pharmacists, but for a time this part constantly changes personnel, which gives a very bad image. A company that does not take care of its employees cannot be professional. I do not recommend it.
