Corrupt and racist. I was disturbed and disappointed to witness how they treat innocent black people when I was visiting.
The appointment system works very well. The official who attended me charming. Very effective and efficient.
Yesterday my 90-year-old father renewed his passport ... I want to sincerely thank the personalized and professional attention. Congratulations!!! for excellence and closeness in the treatment.
Good afternoon I would like to give you 5 stars but !! No !! Call Friday night and if they have answered me to ask if someone has brought a lost wallet or has been stolen and told me that no but as of Friday they have not answered me!
Yesterday I had an appointment to renew the ID at 3:00 p.m. and I arrived at 2:56 p.m. without taking into account that this was an error that I did not have ... With which I was falling and I did not🌂🙈
The agent at the gate asked me what time I had an appointment. He looked at his watch and when it was a few minutes away, without looking at my face, and as if it bothered him that I had arrived before my time, he told me that he could not access the facilities. I, who between the mask, the glass and how it was raining hard did not understand well what he had told me, I said: Sorry? with gestures of not understanding what he had told me ... 🦻
With a very bad tone he answered me raising the tone of voice "THAT YOU RETURN TO YOUR TIME !!! 🗣
I got ready to wait the few minutes on one side of the door and the guard officer, who seemed outraged because he occupied that little piece of sidewalk and with 0% in kindness, told me that I could not wait there and repeating that I return at my time ... (3:00 p.m.) The same in that space of time I could go home to eat and come back ... If so, I take the sandwich and I take advantage of those minutes to eat 😄
I believed this worked as follows:
If you have an appointment at 3:00 p.m. and you have to access the center, locate the area where they are processed, enter your data so that they give you the ticket and access the room ... at least you have to enter a few minutes in advance. ..
Thinking of the informative note that we are accustomed to in any official body and which usually says:
"The hour is indicative ...."
And that comes to mean that you try to be always before because if you arrive late, the time is up and we are not going to attend you or that if we are late and you have to wait hours is what there is ...
Also thinking about the pandemic moment and that it is almost an impossible mission to go to any management in official bodies. I didn't want to be late and decided to show up there 6 minutes early.
At 2:59 p.m., a few minutes after I had started spinning mindlessly within a 10-meter radius and with no place to stand ..., I got closer and looked closely at the clock.
I did not want it to be 2:59 p.m. when I got to the door, it would not be my time and I could not wait that minute next to the door and I did not want to bother that agent again who was quiet in his booth watching that wonderful rainy afternoon ....
So I was counting the 60 seconds to arrive at the right time and without invading the sidewalk of the police station.
Finally it was 15:00 !!! 👏👏👏 and I had managed to arrive on my time !!
The agent checked the time again in case I tried to sneak in like a pill at 2:59 p.m. and saw that the clock was indeed 3:00 o'clock and he let me access. 😅
Soaked but excited to be able to access the facilities, I ran upstairs to validate my appointment and I was able to verify that I was the only person in the entire room to process the DNI🤔😒
Those minutes outside and in the rain I had reflected on the situation and I said to myself: "Don't worry, because of the covid I imagine they will be more strict about it and so that there are not many people inside they have not allowed me access for a few minutes before .... "But after seeing that completely empty room, my reflective theory had completely collapsed. Would it be the makeup? 💄
Note that both the agent above and the person who processed my ID were charming, the treatment was impeccable and I would certainly give them 10🌟.
Knowing how to serve citizens with kindness is to be appreciated and more so in these times ... I think that we must differentiate when it comes to an administrative procedure and it is not a special operation in the middle of the strait.
At the exit I could see that a man entered who did not even stop at the entrance ...
But what happened? The agent, who was outside the booth talking with other colleagues, did not ask him what time he had the appointment or to go to the police station ...
It was clear, the makeup that I had put on for the photos did not do me justice. Too much eyerline! 👀
!! BEING KIND IS FREE !!! AND BE HAPPY TOO !!
