Before going to the clinic for the first time, I read the comments and still decided to make an appointment in the hope of not having a bad experience. But it has not been that way. I went to get the first vaccine for my daughter's pet and they tell me that, "coincidences of life", they have put the last one yesterday and they don't have more. What type of work organization do you have? Is it not taken into account what they have to have prepared for the next day? At least one call to let me know before and avoid the trip in vain. Shameful. If this happens on the first date, there is no need to see more.

All good, the problem is that now they do not have schedules. Please open more, there are many of us who need long hours to be able to continue trusting that they will treat our animals or we will have to change veterinarians. Special thanks to Gema for her empathy, professionalism and affection towards pets. I would not want to lose professionals like her but if they do not extend the hours I will have no choice.

Before confinement, it was already impossible to make an appointment by phone, you had to go in person to ask for it. A single person for everything is impossible. After confinement, they have decided to close and refer all clients to the Alcorcon center. If I have signed a one-year insurance policy with the Ciudad de la Imagen center, it is with them, not with another center. Precisely I went there for the closeness that it supposes me. And now that? 6 more months going to Alcorcon ??? Shameless and jetas, nothing recommended !!! recomenda

We take our pet to review and to vaccinate at 3 years old and they force us to sign a document to be able to vaccinate our cat since they wanted us to do a NON-MANDATORY OR NECESSARY test, in order to administer the vaccine. No vet ever suggested this to us in any previous review. They also take your pet and do not even let you pass. Nothing recommended, we have gone to try. Next time, I will pay more attention to the reviews.
