I was looking for an official Dacia service in the area and I chose the Galapagar workshop based on the comments read. They have not disappointed me, the personalized attention has been scrupulous and very good. They kept me promptly informed of the repair during the 2 weeks that the car was in the workshop. They helped me with a brand new and crashed Sandero, they negotiated with the insurance the change of parts of the body for new ones, when they could have simply repaired and painted them and they changed the damaged engine parts. They told me a date and the car was repaired on that date. I will repeat.
Very professional, speed, great service and efficiency. They fixed a car oil leak that was quite difficult to fix, I went through the ITV without problems, besides being honest, they are very kind and always at your disposal.
