First and last time I go. I had two consultations for two different specialties and as it will have been the first, I haven't even gone to the second. I am not coming back. Nor do I recommend it. The biggest thing is that they answer me by telling me that they are going to send it to the corresponding department and I have not said to which department I am referring. This is fireworks, let's go.

Regrettable!!! I had to take a test at HM Monteprincipe because the Torrelodones hospital does not do them, they tell me that they send the result to Torrelodones. I have to pick it up because my doctor does not see the test in the system (he visits the group of hospitals). It is impossible to contact to confirm if it has already arrived. The first call lasted 25 minutes with the music on and the second 42 minutes and no one answered me on the phone. Please a bit seriously, we are in a very serious health situation !!! Not everything is making money with the 902, do I have to go to the hospital to find out if my test has already arrived? Is it necessary to expose patients more than they should?

Last weekend, Saturday night to be more specific, they did not take long to attend to me in the emergency room, yes, the manager on duty, borderline and unpleasant like him alone in the entire Community of Madrid. I did not want to say anything because for what but it is not the first time that I have problems with the treatment given by the toilets. I don't know what happens in that hospital, really, but the treatment takes away the desire to go there at all. If they do not want to work and much less empathize with patients, who are put aside that there are people who do want to work and are willing.

After requesting an appointment through your website, I receive a phone call from the hospital to delay the next day. I told them that I would have to confirm it and that I would call the next day. Well, they don't pick it up on the hospital phone (I've made more than 10 calls and there's no way). On the appointment phone, which is also a special rate, they tell me that I have to speak directly with the hospital. I try to request a new appointment through the web, and the next free one is for 3 weeks later ... Anyway, a disaster to contact them by phone.
