Attentive and pleasant but facts are loves. I am going for a mask offered by the Autonomous Community and they kindly indicate that by not using public health my card is not activated so they cannot deliver the epi to me. I activate the health card and go to the pharmacy a few days later. They confirm that I am already in the system but they refuse to provide me with the CAM mask that they had already put on the counter, claiming that it appears as delivered precisely on the day I initially attended. I explain what happened that day and instead of handing me the protector, he removes it from the counter, reassuring me saying that I do not worry that there will surely be new deliveries
