A shame Since its opening we have always been to this Pharmacy. Last week, however, we had an incident with the man who attended us. We ordered some medicines through the SS card. By our mistake, there was one that we could not take and we asked you to remove it. And the problems began. Bad ways, it was a mess to undo what was already done, that if it was our fault ... In the end he agreed to do it, but what was our surprise when he charged us and did not give us a ticket. We claimed it from him and then we verified that he had charged us for the medicine that in theory he had taken. Bad manners and on top of that he tried to deceive us. I would have a bad day but I no longer go back to this pharmacy.

When I need something from the pharmacy, I don't hesitate to go to the Village Pharmacy, although there are others in the area. I always receive excellent attention, with a very professional treatment from Guillermo, who advises me very well about what I need, with patience and great kindness. Thank you!.

Bad deals and they tried to scam us. We went to get some medicines from social security and when we put the medicines in front of us, we realized that my mother cannot take one of them because it makes her feel bad and we asked her to return it. He responded badly to the formalities involved in returning it and finally agreed to return it reluctantly. And when we went to pay, he gave us only the bank receipt, and when we asked him for the itemized receipt, we saw that he had charged that medicine in the back in order not to return it. We finally left without the medicine and without getting that money back. I'm never going back as long as that boy keeps working there.

You can have more or less sympathy when you run an establishment, but when it comes to a pharmacy what matters is professionalism and being aware that an essential service is being provided. It seems that in this pharmacy they are not aware of it. Luckily there are other pharmacies on the same street and I was able to get the medicine I needed without any problem, obviously with the relevant prescription. From the reviews, it must have been that Guillermo did not answer me, who seems to be valued by customers.
