We only go to this pharmacy because it is close to the Mercadona, and we take advantage when making the purchase. But one and no more. We ask for a medication, specifically generic, and he wants to sell us a commercial one, we ask him for the generic one again and he sells us another one, much more expensive than the generic one ... Which we give each other and at home ... We will not come back, it seems They pay more to sell expensive to customers, instead of what they ask ... A shame. Nothing to do with the pharmacy that is next to the Red Cross, which for me is the best.

I have asked for an eucalyptus oil for inhalations and they have given me a home air freshener, in the indications it says that it produces irritation of the skin and eyes, if I do not get to read it I end up in the emergency department. Upon returning and commenting on what was happening with the assistant, he has changed it for a correct one, but the owner was next to him and he did not even bother to apologize, very little professionalism.

It's the 3rd time I go to that pharmacy and what they want is to sell the most expensive. I am a pharmacist and I say loud and clear that I am embarrassed to have partners who only want to sell homeopathy (sugar balls) and commercial brands if I specifically ask them for the generic one. In addition to saying that there is scientific evidence of x when there is NO. I hope pharmaceuticals and techniques that you work there read this and start being good professionals because with this you hurt us all.

A lousy customer deal, on Friday I went there with the recipe for my pill and when I gave it ... the girl went for it and gave me a totally different one, I told her that it was not the one that I always get and she just told me that it was the same, nothing else that changed the name, that mine did not have it, obviously I told her that I did not want that. The girl ordered my pill and a diuretic which gave us € 18 price, when it came to the pharmacy we went for it and asked for € 20 for it, just saying that the price had risen, in the end we kept the price previous, when we got home we saw that it was not the one we needed and we went to return it but we were surprised that they did not return it to us, that they had a sign in the entrance stating that medicines could not be returned (a diuretic that I know is not a medicine), the poster was nowhere to be found, nor did the pharmacy girl find it, then it turned out to be in a small corner. To take the money well you do not say anything but then to return it you speak but good. You are a pharmacy shame, scammers and rude people, until never
