AWFUL experience. My dog ​​was given the wrong dose of Metrodinazole (a drug that is prescribed for diarrhea) and he got intoxicated. He was paralyzed and unable to walk for almost 4 days, we had to admit him because we did not know what was happening to him, he had spasms and brain damage, and all because one of the girls who was working there made a mistake in the specifications of the drug. Thank goodness, my puppy recovered with medication and after 3 days admitted. We told them and they are not able to return the € 1,000 that all the tests and hospitalization have cost us. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.

On July 27, 2020, my daughter took our but CoCo so this Center diagnosed her with gastroenteritis. They made a mistake and gave him a double dose of Metronidazole that almost killed him. The joke cost me more than 1000 euros and when I went to talk to them, the only thing they answered me was that anyone could have a mistake. If you love your animals, don't take them here. What a shame! Above they answer me (below) that I contact them when it was the first thing I did in person and on several occasions by email. His Solution: Ignore Me Without Shame
