Urban palace of the seventeenth century with three floors, the first two masonry and the third brick. It also has a lintel patio. In the center of the threshold of the door, framed in a circle, a hand grabs a cross and under them is the inscription: "IH [esu] SM [a] RIA / ABRAÇANDOME CO [n] / THIS IS GOD / GOD'S BOOK ENBIDIA » The house is famous for having housed Philip V on February 25, 1706, in the War of Succession; To remember this royal stay, the chain that gives the house its name was placed in front of it.

Nothing remarkable except that King Felipe V stayed there one night and that is why the chain.

Located in the historic center of the town, next to the Parador, this beautiful baroque building was built at the end of the 17th century with a facade in three sections, a lintel access door and a beautiful interior courtyard supported by Tuscan columns. It was the place where King Felipe V stayed, as he passed through the town, on the night of February 25, 1706. Until very recently in a dilapidated state, it was acquired by the Chinchón City Council in 2009, being rehabilitated during 2015 and 2016, although for the moment, it is not possible to visit it, which, on the other hand, is the usual thing in Chinchón: either that the monuments are closed or that they have such absurd hours, that in practice it is almost impossible to visit them.
