An excellent ferret pet shop and very good and helpful people that work there.
We buy ferrets there and to date, everything related to them. But this week we bought a 15Kg Marshall bag valued at € 125 and it arrived open, sticky and covered with duct tape. When we got in touch with the mail [email protected] the response has been regrettable. I quote verbatim "We do not send open feed as you understand, if we did we would know that there would be problems yes or yes". and although they are supposedly going to pick up the sack ... we believe that they are not ways of making a reply. In addition, they do not even inform us what happens with the new one or if they are going to return the money. On the other hand, from the only phone they have to contact, not only do they not give us a solution, but they totally ignore the problem. As a consumer it is very unpleasant to encounter this type of behavior. We will not buy from this store again.
