I have bought a couple of times online without problems, this time I decided to go to the store for advice on an extension of my C&C, Richard attended me, excellent attention. If in doubt, 100% recommended.
I placed an order yesterday, they instantly called me to tell me that one of the items was out of stock and they exchanged it for another without problem. The delivery has been super fast and the products as they put on the page, also with a little gift in the order ... I liked this page a lot for the quality price the only bad thing to put is that the shipping costs seem to me a bit high ... repeat without a doubt!

I did not like buying anything here, I will not repeat.
They sent me a wrong product, I sent them a message (not to have it changed) since it is worth € 6, if not because I was expecting at least an apology ... I also indicated in passing that I was missing a gift like in other pages .
Vale replies that I have to choose the gift in the cart from € 49 and not even an apology for the product that was sent to me wrongly, it is more or does not mention it.
I have seen a comment and I see that the answers are quite arrogant on the part of the company.
It will be the last time I buy here, I buy in the meadow online, birdspark and lovepets and they are a charm, they always answer you well and if they are wrong (that we are human and we are all wrong) they apologize.
In addition to much cheaper prices and super fast shipping.

I have made my first online order with them and the truth is that phenomenal. I placed the order on Sunday, they called me to confirm the order on Monday and it arrived the next day. They have products for guinea pigs that you cannot find in conventional pet stores so I will repeat without a doubt. Thank you!
